Gardening for Pollinators

The Gardening for Pollinators workshop will take place at the beautiful Recreation Center complex; located in the heart of Moncks Corner, SC, on November 6, 2018 from 1pm to 4pm. Participants will learn hands-on as we create a high visibility pollinator garden adjacent to the children’s playground. Participants will gain knowledge on techniques for building healthy soils, plant selection and water management; all key ingredients for attracting pollinators to the home landscape. This workshop is offered in partnership with The Daughters of the American Revolution, Berkeley Soil & Water Conservation District, Moncks Corner, Keep Berkeley Beautiful, the Ashley Cooper Stormwater Education Consortium & Clemson Extension. Please dress for the outdoors & gardening (gloves recommended). Take home resources & refreshment provided. Space is limited.
